Design and development of an expansion project for an industrial building used as the company’s head office. With a surface area of 32,500 sq. ft., the expansion was intended to create a separate rental suite to enable the owner to make the buildable area of his land more profitable. Our mandate covered the expansion study and architectural design, documents related to municipal approvals, and final plans and specifications for the project.
