Pacini Restaurants
Pacini Restaurants sought a restaurant concept at their image: distinctly Québécois, but deeply rooted in the Italian culture of the large family gathering, their restaurants are first and foremost a place for meeting and exchange.
LemayMichaud develops original ways of occupying space to bring out the essence of the Italian piazza. La Prima Cuccina is a new welcoming experience, redesigned in the style of a delicatessen. The open kitchen, where takeaway meals and tastings are offered, is accessible to patrons. The bread bar, meanwhile, is undoubtedly a gathering place. The imposing, wine-cellar-like bar is the main star of the concept, while platforms create more intimate, low-key spaces. Texture, light and noble materials contribute to the unmistakably Italian ambience of Pacini restaurants.
