Boasting a 360-degree panoramic view of Montreal, including the St. Lawrence River and its many emblematic bridges, the new Montreal offices of global company Aon are spread over two floors of the prestigious 1000 De La Gauchetière tower, in the heart of downtown.

The "Building Bridges" concept deployed for the offices was intentionally inclusive and unifying. It not only guided the layout of the space, but also the choice of finishes and environmental graphics, helping to create a harmonious and inspiring working environment.

The aim of the project was not only to maximize the impact of the views in the interior space, but also to draw inspiration from them. The concept developed reinforces the message and core values conveyed by the company, while harmonizing with the building's unique position. Each design element has been carefully crafted to reflect the essence of the location, creating a perfect symbiosis between inside and out.

Drawing inspiration from Montreal's geographical and cultural elements, this design concept transforms the offices into a reflection of the city itself, contributing to the creation of a stimulating and welcoming work environment.
