Already in charge of Portus360 in Montreal, chef Helena Loureiro opens her new project in Quebec City and we are proud to have created the interior design.
Simply named Helena, this restaurant is located in the heart of the Le QG Sainte-Foy in the future District Gourmet Sainte-Foy. It is inspired both by the chef’s origins and iberian traditions. Through a charming decor and an open kitchen, it offers its visitors what feels like a real journey.
Hand-in-hand with the modern Portuguese-inspired menu, the interior design is contemporary and simple while combining traditional elements of Portugal, such as typical local ceramics decorated with colourful accents and pottery plates. A warm atmosphere, chic but always welcoming inspired by the tasty menu and its chef’s roots.
