Service proposal Coordinator

Youre responsibilities

  • Participate in the weekly meetings of the strategic service proposals committee
  • Monitor public tenders posted on the various platforms (SEAO, MERX, etc.) and present opportunities to the partners
  • Gather the information necessary for the drafting of public tenders from the partners and project managers
  • Help communication and ensure compliance with the established deadlines between the stakeholders involved in each call for tenders
  • Draft the service proposals as well as coordinate and revise the necessary documents to meet all the requirements of the calls for tenders
  • Ensure quality, uniformity and consistency in all forms of communication
  • Update employee corporate resumes and organizational charts
  • Perform various content review
  • Work closely with the Business Development Coordinator

Your qualifications

  • DEC or BAC in communications, business administration or any other relevant field
  • 3 to 5 years of similar experience
  • Experience in the fields of architecture, design, construction or engineering (asset)
  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written (essential)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe (InDesign)
  • Strong writing skills, ability to analyze and synthesize, organizational skills, interpersonal skills
