Youre responsibilities

You will develop architectural concepts of diverse nature and scope to meet the needs of clients. Multi-residential, hotels, spas, institutional or industrial buildings…there is something for everyone!

Meet with clients to discuss their needs and requirements
Produce programs and feasibility studies
Develop architectural and design concepts
Prepare budget estimates
Prepare high quality presentations for clients
Work closely with the project management team
Maintain communication with clients throughout the project

Your qualifications

University degree in architecture
Between 5 to 10 years professional experience in architecture
Be a member in good standing of the OAQ (asset)
Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp and Enscape
Creativity, client orientation, sense of aesthetic, rigor and communication skills
